We are excited to share some big plans at the banquet! As our state's population grows, we are seeing God add new church plants and grow established local churches in the area. As a result, our summer camp attendance is bursting at the seams! In addition to serving more campers, Pioneer Bible Camp also desires to train and disciple the staff God brings our way. With the increased opportunities, God has faithfully provided an additional staff family to help with the ministry of PBC! At the banquet, we will share an update on camp’s future ministry plans and our vision for helping local churches fulfill their God-given mission.

Daniel and Nicole Penner are no strangers to Pioneer. In fact, they met at camp over a decade ago and their ministry experience at PBC led them to move to Utah, get married, and pour themselves into their local church. The Penners have served for years as volunteers in the camp kitchen and have become increasingly involved in the operations side of camp over the past three years. With a master's degree in systems engineering, Daniel is well-equipped to step into the role of Operations Director at PBC. The Lord is leading the Penners to step out in faith and join the year-round, full-time staff at camp in the spring of 2027.

  • Seating begins at 6:15pm

  • Dinner is provided. Gluten free options are available. Please indicate below if you have dietary restrictions.

  • Adults only as seating is limited

  • Dress is smart casual

  • There is parking directly in front of the main building. There is overflow parking across the street off of Grant and Harris. There is also on the street parking on Riverdale Road, Grant Ave, and Harris Street.

Fundraiser Goals

We are raising funds for two specific areas:

  1. One time gift toward the construction of a home for the Penners

  2. Monthly support for the Penner family
