Thank you for being willing to complete this reference form for the potential staff member named in your email. He/she is applying for a staff position at Pioneer Bible Camp this summer. It is of great importance to us to obtain objective and valid statements from references who have some personal knowledge of the applicant’s character and gifts. All information will be regarded as strictly confidential.

At Pioneer Bible Camp, we have two main categories of summer staff:

1. Counseling staff spend most of their time directly with campers and lead them spiritually. Co-counselors work under a college counselor as they learn to lead the campers spiritually.

2. Operational staff spend limited time with campers as much of their ministry is serving behind the scenes.
